Restaurant Le Mérou

The French Two Star Michelin chef Michel Rostang designed the excellent concept for the Le Mérou Restaurant which satisfies even the most demanding of culinary expectations. The restaurant is famous for its exquisite international dishes and delicate aromas prepared with delicious herbs – concoctions that are reinvented on a continuous basis.

Our chef Grischa Jankowiak and his team will spoil you with "international cuisine" as well as special exclusive delicacies. Apart from oysters, lobster and saddle of lamb, many more exquisite creations that vary according to the season adorn the menu. These highlights will satisfy even the most discerning palate. Special weeks with their surprising delicacies provide additional variation and vary from season to season. November sees the veni, vidi, vici of venison: deer and wild boar dishes dominate the menu.
